The Homegrown Minneapolis Food Council's Food Vision recently prioritized for the first phase of work "Strengthen food skills to grow prepare and preserve health, culturally relevant foods for all people, with a focus on underserved communities."

As an attendee on the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact: Opportunities for Cities in North America, the city of New Haven's Latha Swamy reported her city had a poverty rate around 25%, and a low-income rate of around 50% and they were looking into the Micro Home Restaurant concept as a benefit.

HB 1500 Cottage Food Bill update
